THE COMMITTEE ON LANGUAGE AND TERMINOLOGY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Committee on Language and Terminology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the occasion of 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, aims to host the Third Persian-Speaking Linguistic Forum entitled <Our language is our World> on 15-18 October 2026.
Scholars, academicians, field researches, university teachers, as well as representatives of government authorities and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan are invited to participate in this conference.
The conference will address the following issues:

Language development factors in the modern world;
➢
Language role in society development;
➢
Language and Aryan civilization;
➢
Linguistic areas;
➢
Language and society;
➢
Applied linguistic issues;
➢
Performance status of Tajik-Persian language;
➢
Linguistic environment, attribution of national values and the possibilities for their development;
➢
Language law regulation issues;
➢
Manuscripts: research and their attribution;
➢
Translation of works by writers from countries with the same language and culture;
➢
Term and terminology in modern time
➢
Language and modern information technology
Articles meeting the submitted requirements will be published in the Conference Proceedings “Language and Terminology” after recommendation of the editorial board.

Decision of the Organizing Committee regarding the inclusion of papers in the Conference program will be announced after the invited participants have submitted the full text of the article via email.
Working language of the conference: Tajik–Persian.
Requirements for Preparing Articles
Papers must be submitted both electronically and in printed form, with a length of 7 to 10 pages of computer-typed text on A4 paper. Each submitted scientific article must contain the following information:
Information about the Author(s)
•
Surname, first name, and patronymic of the author(s);
•
Full name of the institution – position, rank, and academic title; if the author is from abroad, the city and country should also be indicated;
•
Email address of the author(s) (and a phone number for editorial contact).
Keywords
Keywords must be provided in Tajik, Russian, and English. Keywords or phrases should be separated by commas (,).
Abstract
An abstract must be provided in Tajik, Russian, and English.
Text Formatting
•
Page margins: 3 cm – left; 1.5 cm – right; 2 cm – top; 2 cm – bottom.
•
Font: Times New Roman, size 14.
•
Line spacing: 1.5.
•
Paragraph indent: 1.25.
Requirements for Text and In-Text Citations
•
Use book-style references.
•
No page numbering.
•
Do not split words between lines.
•
Bibliographic references should appear within the text, indicated by numbers in square brackets, for example: [1].
•
If a page number is indicated: [1, 12].
•
Repeated references should use the same reference number with the new page number.
Editing Software
Articles should be prepared using Microsoft Office Word 2003 or Word 2007.
Title of the article should be placed in the center of the line; without spacing; written in capital letters.
Text alignment: text should be justified (aligned to the full width).
